Labyrinth are Microsoft Silver Partners and can implement and support Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Microsoft Office 365) for businesses of all sizes.

We also work with non-profit organisations and can help you access the free or heavily discounted licenses that you are entitled to.
Microsoft Office 365 is an extensive platform encompassing a range of cloud (SaaS) and computer applications through various monthly subscriptions.
Microsoft 365 is constantly evolving, and it can be difficult even for IT support providers to keep up. We are continuously working on Microsoft 365 projects ranging from email migrations to extensive SharePoint platforms with complicated automation flows built in. These projects range in scale significantly with us servicing clients that range in size from 1 to over 200 users. We know from experience that every organisation is different and that whilst some may require extensive platforms to meet their needs, others may just need something simple.
Microsoft 365 is full of integration and collaboration opportunities, which we always look to make use of when consulting our clients to ensure a seamless experience between platforms for all end users.
We will take a holistic view of all your systems, requirements and potential future requirements before we recommend, design and implement any solutions. It is also important to consider the Microsoft 365 roadmap and manage the risk of obsolesce when implementing advanced features. We can help you navigate the maze of Microsoft 365 and deliver on your requirements whilst keeping systems simple and practical for end users.
Labyrinth Technology’s IT outsourcing in London services are can either be all-inclusive ongoing support packages, designed to ensure that all of your support requirements are covered with one fixed monthly cost, or one-off IT projects.

Internet access is required to install and activate all Office 365 plans and to manage your subscription account. Internet connectivity is also required to access Office 365 cloud productivity services, including email, conferencing, IT management, and other services. Many Office 365 plans also include the desktop version of Office, for example, Office 365 Small Business Premium and Office 365 Enterprise E3. One of the benefits of having the desktop version of Office applications is that you can work offline and have the confidence that the next time you connect to the Internet all your work will automatically sync, so you never have to worry about your documents being up to date.
“Office 365” refers to subscription plans that include access to Office applications plus other productivity services that are enabled over the Internet (cloud services), such as Lync web conferencing and Exchange Online hosted email for business, and additional online storage with OneDrive and Skype world minutes for home.
As long as you are paying for an office 365 licence, shared mailboxes are free up to a maximum mailbox size of 50GB.
Business essentials comes with a 50GB mailbox size and does not provide access to the Office suite of apps. Business premium comes with a full suite of business applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
