We are a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and provide our managed security services to business in London and the rest of the UK.

Businesses of all sizes face a significant, constantly evolving cyber security threat landscape. Regardless of what sector you are in and how sensitive the data is that you process, your business can suffer significant financial loss and reputation damage if breached. Labyrinth are regularly contracted to oversee data breaches most of which are for small businesses lacking fundamental security controls generally due to a lack of advice. The attacks we have overseen have cost up to tens of thousands of pounds each.

Through our managed security service plans we will look after the core elements of your cyber security systems and help fulfil the role of CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) giving you peace of mind that your data and systems are protected.

Many of our managed security services are bundled into our core Managed IT Support plans in addition to being available as standalone services and cyber security service add-ons for existing clients.

We will get to know your business and recommend a plan that best fits your needs and budget. Whether you have 5 employees or 100+ employees we can deliver a managed security service that properly balances likelihood vs impact vs cost.

Our approachable staff will use plain English and not confuse you with technical jargon. We will never make you sign a long contract and we guarantee to respond within an agreed timeframe. And we will never oversell and will always work on the principle of ‘best advice’.

Sometimes companies with an in-house IT function of some type may still benefit from partially outsourcing their requirement to an IT Support Partner, particularly if specialist knowledge, skills and experience is required.

Maintaining good IT can be time consuming, resource intensive and expensive, especially when you have a business to run. The evolving nature of IT means that businesses need to ensure their IT staff are up to date with the latest technologies and this usually involves training, which comes at a cost. In addition, staff turnover means a need to recruit, which is a similar drain on your precious resources. By outsourcing your IT support, you get a guaranteed team of experienced, skilled and professional staff with a wealth of knowledge to manage your IT. And because training, recruitment and so on for that team is the purview of the IT support firm, your costs are reduced.

Labyrinth Technology has always operated on the basis of 4 key promises, and one of them is that we will never oversell and will always work on the principle of ‘best advice’. Our managed service plans are broken down into 5 levels, ranging from “micro”, for businesses with up to 4 users only, right through to our “Infinite” plan, designed to be the Rolls Royce of support plans. At each level there is a “minimum” service that is supplied, but products and services can be cherry-picked from higher plans if necessary (apart from Infinite, which is all-inclusive of ALL of our services). We will always recommend support package which is best for your business.

Each of our support plans comes with minimum response times and hours of coverage, and the higher the level of support, the better these are. However, more intensive SLA’s can be included in your package if required, and this will be discussed during initial consultations.

We have partnerships with major suppliers such as Microsoft, Watchguard, Dell and so on, and as such we can offer both the hardware and software necessary to deliver the support, services and solutions you need to run your business. We aim to be the single point of contact for supplying these products and services, as well as taking on the responsibility of managing these assets once in place. However, this is not a mandatory requirement. Our clients are free to source and purchase their own hardware and software if preferred, and Labyrinth Technology is always on hand to offer as much (or as little) advice to help them decide what options suit their business.

As we always try to make clear, Labyrinth Technology provides IT support to our clients so that they no longer need to waste time dealing with IT problems. Instead, they can focus on making their businesses succeed. And as they succeed they do so confident that our services are fully scalable. We regularly review the service provided to our clients, both through data gathered from our best in class monitoring systems, as well as meetings with our customers. We can easily amend the products and services applicable to the contract, or can even move a client to entirely new support package.

Not a problem! Either your named Technical Account Manager or one of our product specialists are always available for visits when necessary. Which it will be depends on the issue, which could simply be for routine maintenance, specific support issues or ad-hoc projects. And we have regular review visits with all of our clients also.

Our services are primarily aimed at business located with their main offices in the Greater London area, but our services are available for multi-site clients with locations across the UK.

We provide IT support in London to the following areas: City of London, Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond upon Thames, Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth, Westminster.

The main thing that makes Labyrinth Technology different from other providers is that we put our money where our mouth is. We don’t ask you to sign up to long term contracts over 1, 2 or 3 years, and then conduct a serious charm offensive 2 weeks before the end of the contract. Our clients are never committed to staying with us for more than 1 calendar month, as our contracts work on a 30-day rolling basis. We constantly have to strive to deliver the best customer service and support in the business, knowing that if we don’t we cannot force clients to stay. And the good news is that we don’t need to; our clients stay by choice, and not by contract!

Many of our competitors will offer an “introductory promotion” for new clients, giving a trial period of one month when you sign up for 12 months or more. We don’t need to do that because you are never committed to our services for more than 30 days anyway as we work on rolling contracts as opposed to long term commitments. So if you are not happy with our service after a month you simply walk away. It’s as simple and transparent as that.

Yes, that goes without saying. But we would stress that we always want to anticipate potential faults and resolve them before they become a serious issue. Patch or fix deployment will, if possible be done when the machine is not is use, and system updates, the enhancement of security features and proactive procedures are always carried out to help eliminate data loss.

Through our managed security service plans we will look after the core elements of your cyber security systems and help fulfil the role of CISO (Chief Information Security Officer), giving you peace of mind that your data and systems are protected. Many of our managed security services are also bundled into our core Managed IT Support plans. We will recommend a plan that best fits your needs and budget, so whether you have 5 or 100+ employees we can deliver a managed security service that properly balances likelihood vs impact vs cost. We’ll assess the impact cyber crime might have on your business, and take every possible measure to prevent anyone falling victim to them, and deliver this by cyber security awareness programs, system updates, data backups, and being fully conversant with the latest known threats, risks and vulnerabilities. By doing this we will always be able to recommend and deliver the software and hardware necessary to reduce the potential for security breaches.

Many businesses are reluctant to trust cloud storage solutions out of fear over data security. Labyrinth ensure that all cloud storage solutions that we recommend have robust data security controls in place and comply with all local data protection legislation. All solutions that Labyrinth recommend ensure that data in encrypted both is transit and at rest. Data will also typically be replicated in multiple locations to ensure business continuity.
